Looking South on Kinney Lake
After you leave the first campground the trail is less traveled and is not as wide but you will have less people on the trails and bike are not allowed passed Kinney Lake. Once again the trail will rise quickly up from the lake only to come back down to the same level of the lake. Be thankful for this it is a nice warmup for what lays ahead. You cross the Robson River just as it flows into Kinney Lake. After a short distance over what seems to be a gravel pit you will start climbing once again this time it is for real you will not start going down until you head back This photo is looking back south across Lake Kinney.
